Are you who we are looking for?
Our team is looking for a project coordinator to join the team in our Orange Beach, Alabama office. This role is client-facing and key to the success of all client relationships and projects. Of course, our ideal candidate will have all those characteristics you’ve come to expect from a job posting: attention to detail, client-focused approach, effective communication both internal and external, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
To be detailed about it, our project coordinator will be expected to successfully:
- Communicate in a professional manner with the advertisers in our print products and digital campaigns.
- Secure the needed ads or materials in a timely manner.
- Verify the technical correctness of those ads.
- Document the proofing and approval process.
- Provide final ads or materials to the art director and/or digital campaign manager.
- Maintain positive relationships with associates from all departments.
- Keep the sales reps informed throughout the process with effective communication.
- Maintain exceptional organizational skills.
- Be a team player and jump in wherever needed.
- Show a desire to learn and grow.
Does your resume include the following?
- Strong skills with the Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite.
- Intermediate skills with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- Familiarity with print advertising – preferred.
- General knowledge of digital advertising is a plus but not required.
